Information from partners
We work with verified financing and installation partners, including Concert Finance (Propel Financing) and the Powur platform. - To route your information to a licensed solar installer or financing partner on the Powur platform if you choose to proceed
- To improve our website, ads, and consultation process
- To comply with legal obligations including FTC, TCPA, CCPA, and state contractor licensing rules
4. SMS communications and consent
This is the section most relevant to text message communications and A2P 10DLC compliance. Please read it carefully.
Opt-in is explicit and never assumed. When you submit our online form, you may choose to consent to receive SMS messages from Valley Solar Pros at the phone number you provided. Consent is collected through a clearly labeled checkbox and is never pre-checked. SMS consent is optional and not a condition of receiving a solar quote.
What we send by SMS. If you opt in, we send transactional and conversational messages related to your solar inquiry. This includes appointment confirmations, scheduling questions, proposal-ready notifications, and replies to questions you initiate. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, typically 2 to 6 messages per active engagement.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will immediately remove your number from our SMS list. You can also reply HELP for assistance or contact us at info@m.valleysolarpros.com.
Carrier and message rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
We never share or sell SMS opt-in data. Mobile phone numbers collected through SMS opt-in are used only for the communication purposes you consented to. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with any third party for marketing purposes. Carriers and SMS infrastructure providers (such as Twilio and GoHighLevel) may process messages on our behalf, but only for delivery, not marketing.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:
With service providers
We use vetted technology partners to operate our business, including customer relationship management (GoHighLevel), SMS delivery (Twilio infrastructure), email delivery, web analytics (Google Analytics), advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads), TrustedForm consent verification, and call recording for quality assurance. These providers process your information only on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality obligations.
With solar installation and financing partners
If you choose to proceed with a solar proposal, we share necessary information with a licensed installer on the Powur platform and, if you finance through Propel, with Concert Finance for credit and program eligibility review. We share only the information needed to deliver the service.
For legal reasons
We may disclose information if required by subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), we do not sell personal information as defined by those laws.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your preferences, measure site performance, attribute lead sources, and serve relevant advertising. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly without them.
