1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of valleysolarpros.com and any related online quote forms, SMS communications, email exchanges, phone consultations, and proposals provided by Valley Solar Pros, a trade name of Simple Tree Digital LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the site, submitting our online assessment form, or scheduling a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit any forms. If you are submitting on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. About our services
Valley Solar Pros provides solar consultation, system design, financing referral, and installation coordination services for residential and commercial properties in the California Central Valley, including Fresno, Visalia, Stockton, Sacramento, and surrounding markets. We are an authorized partner of Concert Finance for the Propel Financing program and operate within the Powur platform network of licensed installers.
The free assessment, satellite shade analysis, and system proposals we provide are estimates based on the information you supply and publicly available data. Final pricing, production estimates, and financing terms are confirmed in writing through a signed proposal and installation contract with the assigned licensed installer.
3. Eligibility
To request a consultation, you must be at least 18 years old, the legal owner (or authorized representative of the owner) of the property in question, and located in a market we serve. Some financing programs, including Propel by Concert Finance, have additional eligibility criteria such as minimum credit score, minimum monthly utility spend, and utility territory restrictions. We will let you know during the assessment if any disqualifying factor applies.
4. The free assessment
Our online assessment form and follow-up consultation are provided at no cost and with no obligation. You are not required to purchase a solar system, sign a contract, or pay any fee in connection with the assessment. We do not charge for proposals, satellite shade reviews, financing pre-qualification reviews, or design consultations.
If you choose to move forward, the licensed installer assigned to your project will provide a separate installation contract that governs the actual sale, design, installation, and warranty of your solar system. That contract is between you and the installer, not between you and Valley Solar Pros directly.
5. Communications and consent
By submitting our online form, you consent to receive communications from us related to your solar inquiry through the channels you provided (phone, SMS if opted in, and email). Marketing SMS messages are sent only if you explicitly opt in through a separate checkbox on the form. See our SMS Terms for full details, and our Privacy Policy for how we handle your contact data.
You may opt out of phone calls by asking the representative directly, opt out of email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, and opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any text. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages necessary to complete an active proposal or installation already underway.
6. Lead routing and partner relationships
If your inquiry meets our qualification criteria, your information may be routed to a licensed installer or financing partner in the Powur platform network for proposal generation and follow-up. By submitting the form and choosing to proceed, you authorize this routing. We do not sell your information to third-party lead buyers or unrelated marketing companies.
7. Acceptable use of the website
When using valleysolarpros.com, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in our form
- Use the site or our SMS, email, or phone channels to harass, threaten, or harm any person
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the site, servers, or back-end systems
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the site without written permission
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) to interact with the site or its forms
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law in connection with the site
8. Intellectual property
All content on valleysolarpros.com, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, layout, and code, is owned by Valley Solar Pros (Simple Tree Digital LLC) or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. The Valley Solar Pros name and logo are trademarks of Simple Tree Digital LLC. Third-party trademarks referenced on the site (including Qcells, Enphase, Concert Finance, Powur, and utility companies) belong to their respective owners.
9. Disclaimers about estimates and savings
Solar savings, production estimates, payback periods, and break-even calculations shown on our site or in proposals are forward-looking estimates based on current utility rates, tax incentives, weather patterns, and your provided usage data. Actual results will vary based on factors including future utility rate changes, weather, system performance, shade, roof orientation, occupancy changes, and your continued ownership of the property.
Nothing on this site is tax, legal, financial, or investment advice. Solar tax credit eligibility (including the Propel program's commercial credit pass-through structure) depends on individual circumstances and is subject to change in tax law and IRS interpretation. Consult a qualified tax professional or attorney before making decisions based on tax incentive availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valley Solar Pros and Simple Tree Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost savings, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the site, the free assessment, or any proposal provided. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our consultation services will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
This limitation does not apply to liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valley Solar Pros, Simple Tree Digital LLC, our officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the site.

13. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the site or our services are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal proceeding must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Dispute resolution
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at info@m.valleysolarpros.com or (559) 785-2772 to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will respond within thirty (30) days and work in good faith to address your concern. This informal step does not waive your right to pursue legal remedies if the matter cannot be resolved.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms periodically as our services, technology, or applicable law evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material updates will be announced through a notice on this page. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, are the complete agreement between you and Valley Solar Pros regarding your use of the site and free assessment service.
